Established in 2025, MIHPC Halal China Co., Ltd is a private-led initiative operating in Gunagzhou, China that provides professional services in halal certification facilitation, trade development, and bilateral industry collaboration between Malaysia and China.

MIHPC is backed by HQC Commerce, a strategic partner of the Malaysia International Halal Academy under Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). HQC Commerce provides professional advisory and consultancy services in halal certification, as well as human capital development and training.

In addition, MIHPC has strong capabilities in exhibition and international engagement management, with proven involvement in major international platforms, including the Malaysia Halal Fair in Tokyo, FHA Singapore, and CAEXPO Nanning. Through established networks with both government and non-government agencies in Malaysia and China, MIHPC serves as a structured and credible platform that bridges Malaysia’s halal standards with China’s trade and regulatory ecosystem, and vice versa
